So I totally dropped the ball on getting this one up for New Media Monday. Sorry about that, t’was my bad. Been working my little tail off lately to get this video up before Josh heads down to the Bassmaster Classic this week in Tulsa, OK. It’s a take off from the one that was posted last week about the Feider Fly from Outkast Tackle. That one broke down the setup one should use to catch them and this one showcases the production as well as putting it into action on the water. What most people don’t realize is that both Josh and Seth sit down make each and every one of these jigs by hand. For both of these guys to take time out of their already hectic schedules and make them is really something special and it shows that they care about the integrity of the product. With that said, I’m super proud that BassEast picked this one up to post on their website and we’ve received some really great feedback so far. I hope you enjoy!
Happy Monday everyone! This was quite the busy weekend for The Fisherman’s Widow! I’ve been working on a new video introducing The Feider Fly by Outkast Tackle that will be ready for release by the end of the week and needed some additional video footage to be able to put the finishing touches on it. Thankfully, the guys were able to get together this weekend so we could do the necessary re-shoots. While we were working on that another opportunity for Seth Feider came about to do an pre-intro video for The Feider Fly as well as an in-depth look at the setup he uses while fishing this technique. We were able to make quick work of it and knock out the filming that afternoon while I worked on the edits for most of Sunday. As of this morning the finished video is up live on BassEast. Check it out when you get time! If you or anyone you know is in need of media work, please don’t hesitate to contact me at email@example.com
Last week my husband, Josh, had the opportunity to participate in the 2nd Annual Mike Yeo Classic on Lake Minnetonka. This tournament raised money and awareness for the Pinky Swear Foundation and the Angel Foundation, both of which help children who are fighting cancer and their families. The coach of the Minnesota Wild, Mike Yeo, along with several Wild players as well as a few Minnesota Twins players were in attendance to help with this awesome cause. Josh was paired up with Twins pitcher Brian Duensing. They had a great day out on the water and Cushing Media was able to get some great aerial footage of one of their fish catches with their fancy drone. They forwarded us the raw footage and I created the following video. Hope you enjoy!
Hey there -
I'm Bri! Lover of food, wine, and photography that is currently traveling with my professional bass fishing husband along with our cantankerous rottie, Kigen. When not traveling you can find me living the lake life off the shores of Lake Mille Lacs in Isle, MN. Pour a drink, pull up a chair and join me as I journey across the country documenting it all along the way!
