Christmas Eve is tomorrow night and I can finally say that all our holiday shopping is officially done! And I never even stepped foot in a mall. Online shopping is truly one of the internet super highways greatest inventions. In celebration of this momentous occasion, I would like to introduce you to another great invention. Homemade Irish Cream. Now, I love me some Baileys as much as the next gal but there is just something about the homemade version that as my dad would put it “gives me a warm fuzzy”. This recipe has been handed down for several generations from my husbands family and while their version calls for brandy, I’ve opted to go the traditional route and use Irish Whisky. It really doesn’t matter which one you go with either. We’ve used Jameson, Tullamore Dew and Two Gingers and all of them work just dandy. This stuff is perfect for any holiday party or any day really and can get even the finickiest of drinkers to cave to it’s deliciousness. So, without further adieu the recipe for the best Irish Cream ever. Cheers!

1 Pint Non Dairy Creamer (Coffee-mate works great)
